Warranty

GPX Motorsports, LLC, provides a 30 day parts warranty period from date of original retail purchase of GPX product in the continental United States and Canada. GPX Motorsports provides a one month parts warranty on race bikes from original retail purchase in the continental United States and Canada. GPX Motorsports, LLC, insures that the GPX Motor Toy will be free of defects in material and workmanship under the following conditions:

Warranty Period: any materials and/or workmanship deemed defective by GPX Motortoys, LLC, will be replaced by GPX Motorsports, LLC, without out charge to authorized GPX dealer. New parts warranted will be covered only for the remaining balance of original warranty period.

Exclusions: GPX Motor Toys that were not purchased from an authorized GPX dealer, were/are used for rental purposes, or other commercial use are not covered by any warranty herein. Also excluded from the warranty are, installation of parts not of the GPX make, accident, crash or collision damage, any modifications to original parts, improper maintenance, or improper transportation.

Owner’s Responsibility: the owner is required, to qualify for this warranty, to operate and maintain his/her GPX Motor Toy according to the guidelines specified in the owner’s manual, to return GPX Motor Toy to an authorized GPX dealer should any warranty issue arise along with proof of purchase.

Limited Liability: GPX Motorsports, LLC, offers no other warranty of any kind, whether it be expressed or implied. The consumer assumes all risks when on, near, or around GPX Motor Toys. Also excluded from this warranty are any incidental or consequential damages including loss of use.

This warranty gives dealers and consumer’s specific rights; rights may vary from state to state.
